7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
•  Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
•  Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Used or damaged products.

- Products without original packaging.

- Customized or personalized products.

- Gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number.

- Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

- You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Order Cancellation

- Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Products Shipped by Our Fulfillment Partner

Some products sold on FluxCart are fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partner to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Return and replacement requests are handled by FluxCart in accordance with this policy, and we coordinate with our fulfillment partner to resolve eligible claims efficiently.
